[Techo Kaigi 2026]
Maybe itfs basic, but thatfs why I struggle.

Hello, Ifm Yoshida.
Welcome to my very much ongoing Techo Kaigi.
Ifm an April-start user, after all.
Yesterday, Hirano introduced the techo he picked on Techo News and ended his post saying,
gTomorrow, another crew member from the Hobonichi Techo team will share their own Techo Kaigi.
I canft wait to see what theyfve chosen ? stay tuned!!h
...Well, um, I havenft decided yet!
Sorry... but itfs only just getting started!
Ifm part of the production team for the Hobonichi Techo, and since the April-start editions line up better with our schedule, Ifve always gone with those.
So thatfs probably what Ifll pick again this time.
Now that thatfs out of the way, let me tell you what Ifve been thinking about.

Weeks
An endless loop of Thatfs so cute... So stylish... I want it!
Ifm drawn to the blue-toned Weeks covers.
The gradation in Kyohei Sakaguchifs En Route to Kumamoto Port at Dawn is just beautiful.
The notebook with the same design is lovely too.
Ifm still not sure if Ifll be able to make full use of it, but the Weeks feels light and approachable, so Ifm thinking about how I might use it.

I carry my current Weeks with me when I travel, to jot down itineraries or stick in tickets from museums and trains.
Ifm still torn about whether to combine work and personal notes into one, but I think Ifll keep using the Weeks next year too!

Planner
I havenft used this one yet, but itfs so simple and cool.
A lot of the Techo Team members use it, and Ifd love to try it out myself.
When Ifm reading, I often jot down thoughts or lines I like on my phone.
Since I usually read while commuting, Ifve been thinking of first saving them quickly in the Hobonichi Techo App, then later transferring them into the Planner.
With the app, I could even snap a photo of the page and save it with my notes and comments.

Cousin
This is my usual work techo.
I often have to take notes quickly during meetings or interviews, so I love that the Cousinfs large size makes it stable and easy to write in.
My scribbles are so rushed that I sometimes canft even read them later (haha).
One of the reasons I use the Cousin is because I enjoy picking a cover.
But right now, Ifm eyeing the HON Slash (Navy).

Ifve always liked basic designs.
Maybe itfs because I admire people who use simple, well-made things for a long time.
When I first started working, one of my senior colleagues used the same black techo every year... I thought that was so cool.
For me, the techo might be something that brings me a little closer to that kind of adulthood.
Cousin or HON Slash...
I just canft decide.
I almost want to ask for your advice!

I havenft decided on my techo yet,
but I did pick up the Clear Brown Drawer Pouch.
Itfs exactly what Ifve been looking for!
Ifd wanted something water-resistant that I could keep by the sink, so the moment I saw it, I knew I had to get it.
I think Ifll use it as a makeup pouch.

My Techo Kaigi will probably keep going until the spring lineup is released.
Until then, please look forward to tomorrowfs Techo News!
