HOBONICHI TECHO 2018

Bow & TieCoffee BeansWeeks Hardcover Book

The Bow & Tie series is a collection of hardcover books with the same textured, shiny fabric used in neckties. The gloss and soft touch of the material makes this series stand out from the rest of the Weeks books.

Coffee Beans has a coffee-colored cover spotted with coffee beans in various shapes. The year 2018 is imprinted in white to evoke the image of pouring cream into the coffee. It’s a playful design created to be both fun and soothing.

The small images of variously-shaped roasted coffee beans are all embroidered into the necktie material in a way that depicts minute details.

The book is lightweight with the permanent hard cover attached to the planner itself.

When you order this Hobonichi Techo Weeks, you’ll receive an adhesive clear corner pocket and a mini size fold-out Hobonichi Japan Railway Map 2018.

Please Read Before You Buy

In order to provide you with the most satisfaction for your product, we've compiled a list of warnings, potential issues, and tips to keep in mind for this particular product. Please be sure to read this information carefully before placing your order.

Pattern alignment varies by cover

The patterned fabric has not been aligned to a specific layout, so the placement of each design will vary by cover. The cover will not be an exact replica of the one in the product photographs.

Test fountain pens before regular use

The Hobonichi Techo's Tomoe River paper is designed to prevent bleed-through, but some fountain pens and water-based ink pens are not compatible with this paper. When switching to a new pen, we recommend testing the pen somewhere in the book, such as the back memo pages, to see if the ink bleeds through or takes an especially long time to dry.

Imprinted year numbers may peel

The numbers of the year are stamped onto the cover in gold leaf or other colors, so strong rubbing or everyday use may cause the numbers to peel off.

Sharp objects may unravel threads

Be careful not to catch sharp items such as a pen tip under the threads as they may unravel.

Color may vary slightly based on viewing screen

The color of the product may be slightly different in actuality than compared to how it appeared on a computer or smartphone screen.
