When you receive this cover, it will be a blank white cover with nothing printed on it. Included is a collection of stickers for you to stick and arrange onto the cover however you like. This is the first cover in the Hobonichi Techo lineup that has come with stickers for total customization.

“A Very Merry Every Day to You” is a daily pad calendar filled with cute and interesting pictures celebrating worldwide holidays and birthdays every day of the year. This cover includes the calendar’s images as created by photographer Machiko Odan, stylist Miyoko Okao, and designer Kaori Okamura.

The stickers are a carefully-selected assortment of images from the “A Very Merry Every Day to You” calendar. You can fill the cover with the entire set of stickers and give it a busy look, or strategically place only one or two stickers onto a spot on the cover to keep things simple. Either way, you’ll have a one-of-a-kind cover that’s uniquely your own.

The shade of white was specially chosen after testing many hues to see which would best showcase these charming pop-up stickers. The stickers protrude from the surface just enough to have you running your fingers across the cover when holding it in your hands.

“A Very Merry Every Day to You” is a phrase taken from the “A Very Merry Unbirthday to You” song from Alice in Wonderland. Similarly influenced by this song is the Hobonichi Techo slogan “Happy Nothing Special Day.” It’s a perfect fit, don’t you think?

Avoid cold temperatures: The PVC vinyl of this product becomes fragile when stored in cold temperatures or unheated rooms during the winter. When cold, the material may crack when dropped, and the loss of elasticity makes the product difficult to attach to a cover. If this happens, we recommend letting the product sit in a warm area before use.
Adhesive stickers not meant for removal: The adhesive on these stickers is not meant for multiple uses and stickers may become difficult to remove when left on over time.
Material may rip if overstuffing pockets: Attempting to store something too large in the pocket may result in tearing.
Pen holders are rigid at first: The pen holders are rigid at first, making it difficult to insert pens. You can speed up the breaking-in process by rolling the pen holders in your hand.
Sliding no-slip pens into the pen holder: Pens with rubber, non-slip grips may be difficult to slide into the pen holder.
Maximum pen width of 13.5mm for pen holder: The pen holder is designed to perfectly fit the 12.2mm (0.48”) diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free bonus gift with select Japanese-version Hobonichi Web Shop products. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5mm (0.53”) in diameter.
Material may weaken over time: Due to the nature of its material, the cover may weaken and discolor over time.
Avoid storing in hot and humid places: Please avoid storing your cover in hot, humid places or placing it atop other objects for long periods of time as this may result in lower product quality and color stains. Please use caution when storing.
Color may vary slightly based on viewing screen: The color of the product may be slightly different in actuality than compared to how it appeared on a computer or smartphone screen.
Not for use with Cover on Cover: The PVC plastic of the Cover on Cover contains plasticizer additives which may affect the color and quality of this cover. Please refrain from using the Cover on Cover with this product.
