The Hobonichi Techo HON is a page-per-day type techo with a hardcover design already attached to the book. They come in A6 and A5 sizes, and English and Japanese editions. You can also choose from a wide variety of cover designs. The HON makes it easier to bask in the delight of having a whole page per day.

This is one of the basic design options for the HON. The dark navy cover almost looks black, and the diagonal slash is foil-printed in gold. The design is based on the forward-slash symbol ( / ) used when writing dates.
Hiroko Kubota: String Telephone Until the Moon is Full [A6/A5]
Standing in a grassy field beneath a glowing sunset, a cat and a wolf converse through a string telephone as a tiny mouse balances on a unicycle to cross the string. Featuring exclusive original artwork by illustrator Hiroko Kubota, this HON captures both the quiet flow of time and a warm, nostalgic feeling.
Yumi Kitagishi: White Cat and Rabbit’s Tea Room [A6/A5]
The much-anticipated HON has joined illustrator Yumi Kitagishi's series. This lively and adorable design showcases her painting “Dollhouse,” where white cats and rabbits are happily spending their time.
Created in collaboration with the V&A (Victoria and Albert Museum, London), this HON features Vine, William Morris' 1873 wallpaper design, with ripe grape clusters entwined in lush leaves.
The Bow & Tie series is crafted from the same textured, shiny fabric used in neckties. The vibrant green cover features fluffy sheep falling asleep, jumping over a fence, and riding a skateboard.
This special edition features quotes and original manga illustrations of famous scenes from the manga One Piece. Designed with a Going Merry motif, it beautifully expresses Merry’s face and other details through woven necktie fabric against a vibrant orange background.

The Hobonichi Techo has collaborated with ONE PIECE magazine, a publication which dives deep into the world of the manga One Piece. This special edition HON is fully packed with original artwork and iconic quotes. Carefully selected lines from the comics, as well as words from creator Eiichiro Oda, are featured at the bottom of the pages. The book also includes a variety of bonus pages, including a timeline that lets you see the story at a glance and a “Wanted Poster” you can actually fill in.
