How to cancel your order

You can cancel your order from Hobonichi Store Note given that the ordered items are still in distribution period or the shipping process for your order has not been started.

< How to cancel >
1) Enter your email address and password to open Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Click "Show details" button in the content of your order which you wish to cancel and open order status page.

3) Click "Cancel" button located on the right beside your order details.

4) You will receive an email with a subject "Your order has been cancelled completely." within 15 minutes, and cancellation is complete.

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been cancelled.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your order history. If you do not see the order you wish to cancel, the cancellation procedure is completed.

How to change/add products in your order

If you want to change or add a product, you can do so by following the steps below unless your order has entered the shipping process.

< How to change your product >
You need to place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, and cancel the item you don't want.

1) Place an order for a product that you wish to add in normal procedures.

2) When you move on to Hobonichi Store Note , you will automatically be asked if you would like to consolidate your orders.

3) Then, click "Add to this order" and complete your order.

Afterwards, cancel the product that you initially ordered. Please refer to "How to cancel your order" for cancelling procedures.

< How to add a product >
You can add a product to your order by selecting a product that you desire, and consolidating it to your previous order.

1) Place an order for a product that you wish to add in normal procedures.

2) When you move on to Hobonichi Store Note, you will automatically be asked if you would like to consolidate your orders.

3) Then, click "Add to this order" and complete your order.

After you have changed or added the items, please confirm your product order details by opening Hobonichi Store Note and clicking "Show details" button. If you see your changes reflected, the change/add procedure is completed.

How to change the quantity of your ordered items

If you wish to change the quantity of items which you have already placed an order for, you can do so by following the steps below unless your order has entered the shipping process.

1) Enter your email address and password to open Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Click "Show details" button in the content of your order which you wish to change and open order status page.

3) Click "Change" button located on the right beside your order details.

4) You will see a screen to change the quantity. Please change the number.

5) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your order details by clicking "Show details". If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

How to change your address/phone number

If the product has not yet been shipped from our delivery center, you can change the shipping address via Hobonichi Store Note.

Please note that you are unable to make changes for orders that have already entered the shipping process, and for products that are no longer in the distribution period.

1) Enter your email address and password to open Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Click "Show details" button in the content of your order which you wish to change and open order status page.

3) Click "Change" button located on the right beside your customer information.

4) You will see a screen to change the customer information. Follow the direction and update your informaiton.

5) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your order details by clicking "Show details". If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

How to change your delivery time preferences

If the product has not yet been shipped from our delivery center, you can change your delivery time preferences via Hobonichi Store Note.

Please note that you are unable to make changes for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

1) Enter your email address and password to open Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Click "Show details" button in the content of your order which you wish to change and open order status page.

3) From your desired delivery time preference section,choose your time preference period and click "Change".

4) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your order details by clicking "Show details". If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

How to change your method of payment

If the product has not yet been shipped from our delivery center, you can change the shipping address via Hobonichi Store Note.

Please note that you are unable to make changes for orders that have already entered the shipping process, and for products that are no longer in the distribution period.

4) You will see a screen to change the method of payment. Follow the direction and make changes.

5) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your order details by clicking "Show details". If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

How to change your credit card

Due to Hobonichi Store Note system, we can only accept one credit card number for each order, so we can not accept changes in your credit card.

If you wish to use another credit card, please make sure the items are still in the distribution period, cancel your order once and start over the ordering process using the new credit card number.

Please note that you are unable to make changes for orders that have already entered the shipping process, and for products that are no longer in the distribution period.

How to change your name/email address

You can make changes via Hobonichi Store Note.

1) Enter your email address and password to open Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Click "Change" button located on the right beside customer information.

3) You will see a screen to change the customer information. Follow the direction and make changes.

4) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

* If you do not receive the email, your customer information may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your customer information. If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

Reconfiguration of your Hobonichi Store password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reconfigure it from Hobonichi Store Note.

< How to reconfigure your password >
1) Please proceed to this page, and enter your email address that you provided for Hobonichi Store Note, then click "Reconfigure my password".

2) An email, titled "Reconfiguration of your Hobonichi Store Note password" will be sent to the address that you provided. You will find a URL of the page you can reconfigure your password from. Click the URL and open the page.

3) Follow the guidlines displayed on the screen and proceed by entering your new password twice.

4) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of completion of your Hobonichi Store Note password".

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been changed.

In that case, please try opening Hobonichi Store Note using your new password. If you are able to open, your password reconfiguration is completed.

* If you do not proceed with the reconfiguration steps after clicking the "Reconfigure my password" button within 30 minutes, your reconfiguration process will be void. In that case, please start over.

3) You will see a screen to change the customer information. Follow the direction and make changes at the bottom part of the page titled "News from the Hobonichi Store".

4) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

* If you do not receive the email, your customer information may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your customer information. If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

How to change gift dispatch destinations

If the product has not yet been shipped from our delivery center, you can change the shipping address via Hobonichi Store Note.

Please note that you are unable to make changes for orders that have already entered the shipping process.

1) Enter your email address and password to open Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Click "Show details" button in the content of your order which you wish to change and open order status page.

3) Click "Change" button located on the right beside the gift dispatch details.

4) You will see a screen to change the shipping address. Follow the direction and change the destination.

5) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception" within 15 minutes, and change procedure is completed.

How to consolidate your orders

If your current order has not entered the shipping process yet, you can add new items to this order from Hobonichi Store Note.

* Please note that you are unable consolidate orders that have already entered the shipping process.

* Please note that if you have placed an order that contains MTO products, you will be unable to consolidate your orders if MTO products are no longer in distribution period.

1) If you have an order that has not yet entered the shipment procedure and you place a new order from the order form, you will automatically be asked if you would like to to consolidate your orders when moving on to Hobonichi Store Note.

2) Your new ordered products and your current order content will be displayed on the screen.

3) If you want to consolidate these orders, click "Add to this order".
* If there are more than two orders on this page, you can only choose one order to add new products.

4) You will receive an email with a subject "Notification of Change Reception".

* If you do not receive the email, your order may not have been changed.

In that case, please open Hobonichi Store Note and confirm your order details by clicking "Show details". If you see your changes reflected, the change procedure is completed.

5) If you would like to have the new ordered items sent separately or choose other method of payment/delivery time preferences, click "Do not group my items, send them separately" button. Please follow the directions displayed on the "order confirmation" screen and proceed with your order.
