Notice of Hobonichi Store closure during the holidays
Customer service inquiries during the store closure:
Inquiries made to the Hobonichi Store will not be answered during the period of December 28th, 2023 through January 8th, 2024 due to our business closing during the holiday. All correspondence to store@1101.com received after 5 PM on December 27th (Japan time) will be answered starting January 9th in the order they were received. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.
Receiving and shipping orders during the store closure:
Orders for items in stock are still being accepted while the Hobonichi Store is closed. Orders received during the closure period will be shipped out in the order they were received. Please see below for a detailed schedule.
Please note that if items with different shipping dates are ordered together, nothing will be shipped until all items in the order are available.
