Hey everyone, not every day is perfect.
Not every day is amazing.
Some days, you don’t want to walk 10,000 steps.

Some days you’d rather just stay in bed.
But hey, you know what? That’s totally fine. Happy nothing special day.

Not every kick in a game of football is a goal.
Not every swing of the bat is a home-run.
And that’s one of the things that makes life so wonderful.
All the minutiae that goes into these big events is what makes life so worth living.

This page, decorated with a bold collage by Marissa, is a perfect example.
Even on a day she was stuck in bed, she put together a collage using cut-out paper letters and stickers that reads: “in bed all day.”

毎日が完璧な日とは限りません。
毎日がすごく特別な日ってわけでもないですよね。
1万歩も歩きたくない日だってあるし、
料理なんてしたくない日もある。
ずっとベッドにいたい日だって、あります。

でも、それでいいんです。
なんでもない日、おめでとう。

サッカーだって、蹴るたびに
ゴールが決まるわけじゃないし、
野球だって、バットを振れば
毎回ホームランになるわけじゃない。
でも、だからこそ、
人生っておもしろいんですよね。
大きなできごとのかげに隠れてしまうような、
なんでもないようなことが、
人生を豊かにしてくれるんです。

大胆なコラージュで飾られています。
その日は一日中ベッドにいたそうなのですが、
紙で切り抜いた文字やステッカーを使って
"in bed all day（まる一日ベッドのなか）"
というコラージュを作ったんです。
