それにしても、コメントをまとめていると
もれなく麺類が食べたくなって
ちょっと困っています‥‥（笑）。


In the Hobonichi Techo 2025, we've included bonus pages titled "Oodles of Noodles," where we introduce popular noodle dishes from across Japan.

This page was created with the help of Hobonichi Website readers who participated in a survey. Over 1,300 people contributed, providing us with an overwhelming amount of noodle recommendations!

As a result, there's a lot of information that didn't make it into the printed version. We plan to share the noodles and comments that weren't included on this page in the future, so please enjoy them along with the bonus pages in the techo.

I've gotta say, reading through all these comments has really made me want some noodles... it’s kind of a problem!
