Cover on Cover is a protective, clear plastic covering that goes over the cover of your Hobonichi Techo. It protects your cover from wear and tear over the course of the year, and provides a place to store post cards, pictures, and other decorations to spruce up the look of your cover. Feel free to fill it with family pictures, travel post cards, and other things that would cheer you up at a glance! There's an opening located in the back so you can still make use of the back pocket of your cover.

The Cover on Cover has been specially measured for use on the Colors and Faux Fabric lines of thin covers. Other covers may not fit properly into the Cover on Cover. The PVC vinyl of the Cover on Cover contains plasticizer additives which may cause a reaction in the leather dye and affect the color and quality of the leather cover. Please see a list of compatible covers below:

The PVC vinyl of the Cover on Cover may lose elasticity and become difficult to put on when left in cold temperatures. If this happens, we recommend letting the product sit in a warm area before applying to your cover. Please be careful when handling your Cover on Cover in cold temperatures, as it becomes more susceptible to damages if dropped or handled roughly.

The plain Cover on Cover includes a zipper opening that allows access to the outer back pocket of the cover. Opening this area of the Cover on Cover too widely or with too much force can result in tears.

A6 covers from the "Colors" or "Faux Fabric" lineup will already include a Cover on Cover when purchased through the Hobonichi Store.
- A5 Cousin Cover on Cover does not fit Cousin covers 2013 and earlier

Starting in 2014, A5 Cousin covers were reduced in height by 4mm. 2016 edition Cousin Cover on Cover products will not fit the slightly larger Cousin covers from 2013 and earlier.
- A5 Cousin covers do not include Cover on Cover Web Shop bonus

Cover on Covers are only included with select A6 Original size covers purchased through the Hobonichi Store. A5 Cousin covers do not include a Cover on Cover bonus, so please purchase one separately.
