Liberty Art FabricsCapelA5 Size (fits Hobonichi Techo Cousin)

This cover uses a timeless Liberty Print flower design that originated in England. Among these designs is the Capel pattern, which was designed in 1978 and has been at the forefront of liberty print designs ever since. The cover does not use the usual tanaron fabric used for liberty print designs, but a linen fabric for a more casual feel. It's a gorgeous but subdued techo cover that also suits working women perfectly.

All covers are hand-made and may contain slight variances

Each and every cover is individually sewn by a factory worker hand-operating a sewing machine. Best efforts are made to ensure consistent sizes and specifications, but as these products are hand-made, covers are not made as exact copies.

Linen threads may have uneven thickness or naps

This cover is made with 100% linen, so the threads may naturally have uneven thickness or contain some naps/knots.

Interior of cover may be loose

The interior of the cover may not be perfectly taut due to limitations during the manufacturing process.

Sliding no-slip pens into the pen holder

Pens with rubber, non-slip grips may be difficult to slide into the pen holder.

Maximum pen width of 13.5mm for pen holder

The pen holder is designed to perfectly fit the 12.2mm (0.48") diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free bonus gift with select Japanese-version Hobonichi Web Shop products. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5mm (0.53") in diameter.

Avoid using with Cover on Cover

This cover uses thicker materials than usual, so a Cover on Cover may
not fit. Forcing it in may damage the products.

Incorrect: 昔の人は、草木に降りた霜が (Long ago, people saw the frost on the plants...)
Correct: 昔の人は、草木に降りた露が (Long ago, people saw the dew on the plants...)
