HON*The English and Japanese editions have been grouped.
Hiroko Kubota’s HON, with the kind of design you would want to collect every year, took the No.1 and No. 3 spots. At No.2 and No. 5 are the V&A Series, a first-time collaboration this year. With a rich, elegant look reminiscent of a classic European hardcover notebook, it clearly spoke to many of our customers. This year, the Bow & Tie series with its woven sheep motif also continues to enjoy steady popularity. Yumi Kitagishi makes her long-awaited HON debut; her design, depicting a “book house” where little animals make their homes, is a perfect match for the HON.

Weeks*The English and Japanese editions have been grouped (excluding the Moomin Special Edition).
Moomin took both the No.1 and No.6 spots for the Weeks. Although English editions are available, many customers chose the special Japanese editions, which feature quotes and illustrations from the Moomin novels on their pages. Just like the rankings for the covers and HON, Hiroko Kubota and the V&A Series ranked near the top. From the Colors series, the fresh tones of Sea Glass led the way, followed by Pink Sapphire and Midnight Blue. Yumi Kitagishi, whose designs are popular across every type, came in at No.5. The Bow & Tie Sheep Sheep Sheep, with its woven sheep, and Akiko Miyakoshi, making her debut this year, have also been well received.
