This is a techo cover made from the gorgeous tweed fabric from Laurent Garigue, a world-class tweed manufacturer based in London.
The base is a shimmering green glitter thread, which befits the name “Twinkle,” and is tightly woven with threads in nuanced colors of pink, blue, lavender, and other colors. This textile has a three-dimensional feel, and the threads are not only in different colors but also in different thicknesses. It looks like a field of flowers or city lights, which you will never grow tired of looking at.
The inner cover and the “butterfly-stopper” pen holders are made of leather for long-lasting use. The smoky green leather will soothe your mind whenever you open your techo.
The bookmark has a dull green and pink grosgrain ribbon.
The logo is foil-pressed on the inner pocket in gold.
This tweed techo cover using colorful threads luxuriously shows a variety of expressions. It would make your techo even more essential.

About Laurent Garigue
Laurent Garigue was founded in 1947. It’s currently based in London, produces its fabrics in Yorkshire, and finishes them in Scotland. Once used by a Parisian haute couture brand, it has since also become popular with the royal family, other haute couture brands, and pret-a-porter fashion lines, making it in high demand. Every year there are new designs, vibrantly colored and intricately designed with a strong focus on beauty and sustainability, with some featured in movie scenes.

- Pattern alignment varies by product
The patterned fabric has not been aligned to a specific layout, so the placement of each design will vary by product. The product will not be an exact replica of the one in the product photographs.
- Outer material frays easily
Threads on the outer material may fray if they catch on sharp objects or are tugged too strongly, so please handle with care.
- Cover may contain variations in stitching or loose lining
Due to the structure of the cover that opens flat 180 degrees, exterior stitching areas may appear puckered and lining material may be loose.
- Pen holders are rigid at first
The pen holders are rigid at first, making it difficult to insert pens. You can speed up the breaking-in process by rolling the pen holders in your hand.
- Pen holder fits pens up to 13.5 mm wide
The pen holder is designed to perfectly fit the 12.2 mm (0.48”) diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free Hobonichi Store Exclusive. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5 mm (0.53”) in diameter.
- Avoid storing in hot and humid places
Please avoid storing your product in hot, humid places or placing it atop other objects for long periods of time as this may result in lower quality and color stains.
- Not for use with Cover on Cover
The PVC plastic of the Cover on Cover contains plasticizer additives which may cause a reaction in the leather dye and affect the color and quality of the leather cover. Please refrain from using the Cover on Cover with this product.
