Intègre, or "integrity" in French, is a Henry Cuir cover series that fully lives up to its name. Every cover is meticulously hand-crafted in a workshop in Italy using soft, high-quality cow leather. This leather was one of the more popular varieties in the Henry Cuir lineup and used in a wide variety of products, such as bags, shoes, and accessories. The grainy leather is vegetable-tanned for a natural and expressive look.
As founder Henri Beguelin often says, "The products I make are not yet complete." Using the cover every day gives it a unique sheen and softens the material to fit perfectly into your hands. Once you’ve used your planner for a year and the cover has taken on its unique characteristics along the way, only then is it complete.
This cover is stiff when new, but the leather softens over time. The belt also smooths out when opened and closed on a regular basis. The belt loop also features stitching.
The bookmark charms, which originate from Venice and made their way across Africa, are antique glass beads over 500 years old. No two are alike.
Naturale undergoes a transformation with continued use. Every touch of your hands deepens the cover’s shine and color. The leather is accented with red stitchwork.
Embroidered patterns feature one of Beguelin’s favorite motifs of the nostalgic past: bicycles. Embroidery threads vary by cover, providing even more ways for every cover to take on a one-of-a-kind look, and more surprises for you to look forward to discovering once your cover arrives.

Please note that tone may vary between covers due to factors such as compatibility of the dye and the leather, time of staining, and differences in environment. - Antique glass beads on bookmarks vary by cover
Each bookmark contains an antique glass bead from a special collection Henri Beguelin has kept for many years. No two beads are alike in size or design, and some beads may be slightly chipped. We hope you enjoy the variation and anticipation in discovering which random bead you receive.
- Each embroidered design varies on the outer cover
The color of the threads sewn onto the cover all vary, so your cover will be slightly different from the one pictured in the product page. These thread colors cannot be requested, so we hope you enjoy the variation and anticipation in discovering which colors you receive.
- Not for use with Cover on Cover
The PVC plastic of the Cover on Cover contains plasticizer additives which may cause a reaction in the leather dye and affect the color and quality of the leather cover. Please refrain from using the Cover on Cover with this product.
- Pen holder fits pens up to 13.5 mm wide
The pen holder is designed to perfectly fit the 12.2 mm (0.48”) diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free bonus gift with select Japanese-version Hobonichi Web Shop products. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5 mm (0.53”) in diameter.
- Immediately dry if it gets wet
Immediately dab your product with a dry cloth if it gets wet. Avoid drying it with high temperatures, and place it in a well-ventilated place in the shade.
- Leather coloring stains
Dyed leather products tend to leave stains. Please be careful not to allow the leather to adhere or rub against other objects such as clothing or other belongings, especially if the bag is wet from water or sweat from your hands.
- Avoid storing in hot and humid places
Please avoid storing your product in hot, humid places or placing it atop other objects for long periods of time as this may result in lower quality and color stains.
