TulipA5 Size (fits Cousin)
Cacuma is a fashion brand created in collaboration with art director/designer Yoshie Watanabe and Hobonichi. This Cacuma-brand cover features white tulip embroidery on coarse black canvas that’s pleasant to the touch. The back of the cover includes the image of a butterfly.
The tulip and butterfly are embroidered with a chain-stitch that raises the threads into a series of soft loops and gives the design the look of a one-stroke drawing.
The pen holder and cover interior are also black to make the white embroidery really pop.
The bookmarks are made with white and blue ribbons to polish the cover with a sophisticated look.
The cover reflects Watanabe’s unique style in the pairing of casual canvas material with intricate embroidery.

Each and every cover is individually sewn by a factory worker hand-operating a sewing machine. Best efforts are made to ensure consistent sizes and specifications, but there may be slight differences.
- No outer pocket
This cover does not contain an outer pocket.
- Sharp objects may unravel threads
Threads protrude from the material, so please be careful not to catch sharp items under them as they may unravel.
- Fabric may pucker around the edges of embroidery
The embroidered design on the cover is quite large, so the material may be slightly puckered, or wrinkled, around its edges.
- Interior of cover may be loose
The interior of the cover may not be perfectly taut due to limitations during the manufacturing process.
- Tips of bookmarks may be black
The bookmark strings have been heat-treated after being cut, so they may have become black at the tips.
- Pen holders are rigid at first
The pen holders are rigid at first, making it difficult to insert pens. You can speed up the breaking-in process by rolling the pen holders in your hand.
- Sliding no-slip pens into the pen holder
Pens with rubber, non-slip grips may be difficult to slide into the pen holder.
- Maximum pen width of 13.5mm for pen holder
The pen holder is designed to perfectly fit the 12.2mm (0.48”) diameter Jetstream pen offered as a free bonus gift with select Japanese-version Hobonichi Web Shop products. Pens with certain shapes and materials may be difficult to pull through the holder. The holder can fit pens up to 13.5mm (0.53”) in diameter.
- Avoid using with Cover on Cover
This cover uses thicker materials than usual, so it may not fit. Forcing it into a Cover on Cover may damage the products.
- Color may vary slightly based on viewing screen
The color of the product may be slightly different in actuality than compared to how it appeared on a computer or smartphone screen.
