Check computer system requirements beforehand
Please check your computer and smartphone against the Computer system requirements to ensure you will be able to access the online Hobonichi Store. You will not be able to place an order if your system is not compatible, your computer clock is incorrect, or your security settings are incorrect.
We have updated the system requirements in August 2016, so it’s possible some customers may be unable to place an order despite having been able to place an order in the past. Please confirm the system requirements beforehand so you are ready for the September 1st release date.

We recommend that customers who have ordered from Hobonichi in the past log in to their Hobonichi Store account beforehand to ensure the e-mail address and password are correct and ready for access once the store opens.
