If you wish to return purchased goods, please contact us through e-mail at store@1101.com within 14 days after delivery. Please inform us the reason for return in your e-mail.
After contacting us, send us the product.
Please be informed that we do not accept returns of the following conditions:
-past 14 days after delivery
-opened goods
-used goods
-damaged by the customer's responsibility
*Shipping cost for products returned due to personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer.

| ●Exchange of Defective Goods |
If there should be any defective goods, the customer can request an
exchange or refund. Please contact us through e-mail at store@1101.com
informing us the detail of the defect. After contacting us, send us
the defective product. Hobonichi Store will refund the shipping
expense for return of defective items through your credit card.
Please be informed that we do not exchange defective goods of the following conditions:
